Questions we often hear

How do I begin the process?
Simply reach out through our contact form or by phone. We will arrange a time for you to bring in your watch — or, for watches requiring stewardship restoration, an initial conversation to understand what you are hoping for.
Do you service all watch brands and movements?
We work across a wide range of mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements — Swiss, Japanese, and German. Some highly specialised or ultra-complex movements may require a referral to a brand-authorised centre; we will let you know honestly during assessment.
Will you quote before starting any work?
Yes — always. We assess the watch first and then share a written estimate of what is needed and at what cost. Work begins only after your agreement. If additional needs are discovered mid-service, we pause and discuss before proceeding.
How are watches stored during the service period?
Watches in our care are kept in a climate-controlled, secure environment. Parts removed during service are labelled and stored with care throughout — nothing is discarded without your explicit approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (MYR), bank transfer, and major credit cards. For Stewardship Restoration services, a deposit of 30% is requested at the start, with the balance upon collection. All pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Is there a post-service period of care?
Movement Rehabilitation and Stewardship Restoration services carry a 24-month service warranty covering workmanship. If you notice any concern in that period, please reach out — we will assess without hesitation.
