I brought my grandfather's Seiko 5 here after it stopped running. Razif took the time to explain everything he found before touching it. The watch now keeps time better than it ever did when I was young. It took about twelve days, and the communication throughout was genuinely reassuring.

My vintage Omega Constellation had not been serviced in over twenty years. The team here treated it as if it was something they personally cared about — probably because they genuinely did. The finished watch is beautiful, and the report they gave me at collection is something I will keep alongside it.

For a simple wellness check, the service was more thorough than I expected. They noticed the crystal had a hairline crack I had missed completely. The quote came before any work started, so I could decide calmly. Reasonable pricing, honest advice. I have already referred two colleagues.

I was nervous bringing my mother's watch in because it is irreplaceable to me. From the first phone call, the team was calm and clear. They explained the restoration process step by step, and the photographs they sent during the work made the whole experience feel collaborative rather than mysterious. The watch came back looking quiet and dignified — exactly right.

I have tried several watch repair places in KL over the years. zeitnes is genuinely different. The workshop feels professional but not intimidating, and the team does not try to upsell at every turn. My Longines came back running perfectly within the promised window. Very satisfied.

Brought in two watches for wellness checks. The team was thorough and did not recommend any work beyond what was clearly necessary. One watch just needed a new gasket and cleaning; the other needed a battery and that was it. No pressure to do more. Will be back when the time comes for a full service.

A few stories in more detail
A father's watch, returned to the family.
A 1968 Rolex Datejust arrived with a fogged dial, a jammed crown, significant case wear, and a movement that had not been serviced in decades. The owner's father had worn it daily for thirty years.
We began with an honest conversation about what was achievable — the dial could be stabilised but not made to look new. The movement required full overhaul and a replacement mainspring. The case was carefully polished using period-correct methods.
The watch returned running within ±3 seconds per day, its dial showing its age gracefully rather than looking damaged. The owner's first message after collection: "It looks exactly like it should."
A daily companion brought back to reliability.
A twelve-year-old ETA 2824 movement in a daily-wear watch was losing four minutes per day. The owner had been tolerating it for two years, unsure whether repair was worthwhile.
Assessment revealed dried lubricants and a worn pallet fork. Full service was recommended. We shared the findings and cost before proceeding. The movement was disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with new lubricants and a replacement pallet fork.
Accuracy after service: +2 seconds per day. The watch has been in daily wear for eight months since collection with no reported concerns, and the owner's two brothers have since become clients.
A pre-purchase check that saved an expensive mistake.
A client brought in a vintage watch they were considering purchasing from a private seller. They asked for an honest assessment of its condition before committing to the price being asked.
The movement showed signs of amateur servicing — incorrect lubricants, a replaced balance wheel not matching the calibre, and a dial that had been re-lacquered at some point. None of this was obvious without opening the case back.
The client declined the purchase and saved a significant amount at a price that did not reflect the watch's true condition. The wellness check cost MYR 1,450 and was, in the client's words, "the best money I almost didn't spend."
