Every service at zeitnes begins with assessment. We look at the watch carefully before making any recommendation — and we share what we find in plain language before asking for your decision.
We do not push unnecessary work. If a watch only needs a battery and a gasket, that is what we will tell you. If a movement is in better health than expected, we will say so. Our interest is in building trust over time, not in maximising a single invoice.
Our three services represent genuine tiers of attention — not marketing tiers. The right one for your watch depends on its condition, its age, and what it means to you.

Everyday Wellness Check

A considerate service designed for watches in regular rotation. The watchmaker assesses timekeeping accuracy, checks the battery or winding efficiency, inspects the crown, pushers, and crystal for wear, and replaces gaskets if they show signs of aging. The case back is cleaned and resealed. The owner receives a summary of findings and any gentle recommendations for future attention.

A patient, comprehensive service for the watch's internal mechanism. The movement is fully disassembled, and every component is cleaned, inspected, and measured against specification. Parts displaying wear — springs, setting components, and sealing elements — are replaced with appropriate alternatives. The movement is rebuilt with calibrated lubrication and tested for forty-eight hours across multiple positions. Ideal for cherished watches that have served faithfully over many years.

Stewardship Restoration
MYR 8,200 · 6–16 weeks
An unhurried, thoughtful restoration for timepieces the owner regards as irreplaceable. The service begins with a quiet conversation about the watch — where it came from, what it means, and what the owner envisions for its future. From there, the watchmaker creates a tailored plan that may include movement overhaul, dial conservation, hand relume or replacement, crown and stem work, case reshaping, and bracelet repair. All sourcing prioritises authenticity. Progress is shared through photographs and conversation.
